Edit a booked appointment

There are two ways to edit an appointment:

  • On Dashboard

  • On Calendar

Edit date and time

If you edit the date and time of the booked appointment, both customers and employee will receive a Rescheduled email.

It is similarly if you edit Location.

Below is a Rescheduled email sent to employee:

Edit Group status

If you edit Group status, the corresponding status email will be sent to customers and employee.
