Edit an appointment

There are two ways to edit an appointment:

  • On Dashboard

 

  • On Calendar

Edit date and time

If you edit the date and time of the booked appointment, both customers and the employee will receive a “Rescheduled email”.

It is similar if you edit “Location”.

Below is a Rescheduled email sent to the employee (if any):

Edit Group status

If you edit Group status, the corresponding status email will be sent to customers and the employee (if any).
