Before install the app, please make sure that customers accounts session in your Shopify store is enabled.
This step makes sure that your customers can create account to join any active auctions on your site.
To edit your customer account settings:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.and account
- In the Customer accounts settings section, tick on the checkbox
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to click Save
