• When the auction ends, no winner is automatically assigned and no draft order is created.
• And when you click select winner manually for the auction, it is unable and this popup appears:

If you are in one of the 2 cases above, we suppose the reason is that you are using our app Free plan or Free trial. Please check the current plan of the app here:  Go to the app admin page > Pricing plan:

In the Free plan or Free trial of a paid plan, the number of winners/draft orders is limited to 2. 

If 2 winners are created (draft orders for the winners are created too), there will be no winners for the next auctions.

In this case, we suggest you should upgrade the plan to try our app features. There are no limitations and our app definitely will let you down!
