When you check the booking orders in Shopify Orders, there are orders which have the message as below:
Your payment gateway was in test mode when this order was created.
The reason is that these orders are created after your customers book appointments of free services.

The test mode will make sure your customers will not be charged any extra fee for the free service you set up in the app.
