When you check the booking orders in Shopify Orders, there are orders which have the message as below:
Your payment gateway was in test mode when this order was created.
The reason is that these orders are created after your customers book appointments of free services.

The test mode will make sure your customers will not be charged any extra fee for the free service you set up in the app.
Our app currently only provides 2 types of services.
– Free service (book without payment): do not require customers to checkout after booking, test mode order is created in the Shopify backend.
– Paid service (Pay to book) : add service to cart/checkout page as normal products, create orders as usual. Our app only supports adding service to the cart/checkout page. After the payment is completed, the normal Shopify order will be created.
