Set Time Availabilities

There are 2 ways to edit/set-up availability times of employee:

  • Edit employee in service detail
  • Edit Employee detail

Edit employee in service detail

  1. From the app Admin, click Services > open the service you want to edit
  2. In Availability part, hover over an employee & click to Edit Availability
  3.  Click on a date on the calendar, a popup will show up
  4. Set up available time period: FromTo…  (Note: Hours must be in 24-hour format, eg: 8:00, 13:00)
  5. Click Add interval if you want to add more available time period
  6. Click Apply to… > select the dated you want 
  7. Click Save

Edit Employee

  1. From the app admin page > click Employees
  2. Open an employee that you want edit
  3. In Availability part, hover over an employee & click to Edit Availability
  4.  Click on a date on the calendar, a popup will show up
  5. Set up available time period: FromTo…  (Note: Hours must be in 24-hour format, eg: 8:00, 13:00)
  6. Click Add interval if you want to add more available time period
  7. Click Apply to… > select the dated you want 
  8. Click Save

FAQs

You need set availability times for the date then click to the button like this screenshot:

Because you are using same employee on 2 services. 

In this case, you should create another employee to apply the new times availability.
