Set Time Availabilities

There are 2 ways to edit/set-up availability times of employee:

  • Edit inside a Service
  • Edit Employee

Edit inside a Services

1. From the app Admin, click Services

2. Click a service you want to edit

3. Hover to an employee & click to “Edit Availability

4. Click on a date on the calendar, a popup will show up

5. Set up available time period: FromTo…  (Note: Hours must be in 24-hour format, eg: 8:00, 13:00)

6. Click Add interval if you want to add more available time period

7. Select Apply to

8. Click Save

Edit Employee

1. From the app Admin, click Employee

2. Click an employee that you need edit.

3. Click on a date on the calendar, a popup will show up

You need set availability times for the date then click to the button like this screenshot:

Because you are using same employee on 2 services. 

In this case, you should create another employee to apply the new times availability.
