This guide will show you how to set up email templates sent to the admin and customers.
- From the app admin page, click Navigation
- Go to Email template
- In Admin email, input email address you want to receive notification
- (Optional) Use custom email config. Learn more.
- Scroll down, you will see there are 5 email templates applied to admin/customers:
- Email sent to admin when there is a new bid
- Email sent to customer when he (she) places a new bid
- Email sent to admin when he (she) has won the auction
- Email sent to customer when he (she) has won the auction
- Email sent to customer when someone has placed a higher bid than his (hers)
Put a tick on the corresponding checkbox to enable those email features.
