Email Templates

This guide will show you how to set up email templates sent to the admin and customers.

  1. From the app admin page, click Navigation
  2. Go to Email template
  3. In Admin email, input email address you want to receive notification
  4. (Optional) Use custom email config. Learn more.
  5. Scroll down, you will see there are 5 email templates applied to admin/customers:
  • Email sent to admin when there is a new bid
  • Email sent to customer when he (she) places a new bid
  • Email sent to admin when he (she) has won the auction
  • Email sent to customer when he (she) has won the auction
  • Email sent to customer when someone has placed a higher bid than his (hers)

Put a tick on the corresponding checkbox to enable those email features.

You can change the email subject…

..and set up the email content:
