In order to establish Email settings, click on Email template in the Navigation:
- The list of email addresses added in the “Admin email” field will receive the notifications about the auctions. Each email address should be separated by a comma as below:
- Use custom email config. Learn more.
Next, scroll down, you will see there are 5 email templates applied to admin/customers:
- Email sent to admin when there is a new bid
- Email sent to customer when he (she) places a new bid
- Email sent to admin when he (she) has won the auction.
- Email sent to customer when he (she) has won the auction.
- Email sent to customer when someone has placed a higher bid than his (hers).
You tick on corresponding checkbox(s) to enable those email features.
