Add Blackout

Your service(s) will be unavailable on the set blackout days.

Steps to manage

  1. From the app admin page, click Blackouts
  2. Click Add Blackout button > add blackout name
  3. Select blackout day > select products to apply this blackout
  4. Click Save

 

Apply Blackout to all services

  1. From the app admin page, click Blackouts
  2. Edit the blackout you want or create a new one
  3. In Service Scope, select All Services
  4. Click Save

Apply Blackout to specific services

  1. From the app admin page, click Blackouts
  2. Open the Blackout you want to edit or create a new one
  3. In Service Scope, select Specific Services
  4. Move from Details tab to Product tabs
  5. Select services and variants to have the blackout applied
  6. Click Save
