Adding online meeting and conferencing links

1. Get the link.

First, sign up in an online meeting software and get/copy the link to the meeting. Here are some examples of online meeting software:

  • Zoom Meeting
  • Skype
  • Google Meets
  • Google Hangouts
  • Zoho Meeting
  • Microsoft teams

2. Add your meeting link to the email template.

  • From the app admin page, go to Settings, click Mail.
  • From Email notification, click the email template you want to edit, eg. To Customer > Approved appointment, paste/attach the meeting link to the place you want in the email.

The receivers can get the link when they receive the email from admin.
