Integrate the app to a theme

This feature allows you to select a theme to install the app. You can apply the app to an unpublished theme to test the app and avoid having any effect on your live site.

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
  2. Click Theme > select a theme to integrate with the app
  3. Click Integrate button

Uninstall the app from a theme

You are integrating the app to a theme and you want to the app to no longer show on this theme. Please follow the guide below to uninstall the app from the theme:

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
  2. Click Theme > select a theme to integrate with the app
  3. Click Uninstall button

Integrate the app with Zapier

Use default booking form design

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
  2. Click Booking Form & Customize design
  3. Click on Select design and select one among the 4 preset designs
  4. Click Apply design > Save

Add booking form background

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
  2. Click Booking Form & Customize design
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and add a background image (recommended ratio is 16:9)
  4. Click Save

Change booking form color

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
  2. Click Booking Form & Customize design
  3. Set colors for elements as you want
  4. Click Save

Customize texts on booking form

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
  2. Click Text > find the text you want to edit
  3. Add source text right below the target text
  4. Click Save

Set up calendar language

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings 
  2. Click Text
  3. In Language of Calendar, select one in the available dropdown list
  4. If your language is not in the list, please select Other and add custom texts manually.
  5. Click Save

Set up appointment checker account

This feature allows the admin to create an account for his staff to access the Calendar section of the app only to view appointments.

  1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
  2. Click Appointment checker Account > enable “Access account for security and booking administration” option
  3. Set up an account including email and password
  4. Click Save
  5. Send the Login url, email and password to staff who need the access
