Want to control how many customers can book a specific time slot? The Tipo Appointment Booking app lets you easily set a maximum number of bookings per timeslot, so you never get overbooked.
Set Booking Limits
Open the app > click Services > open a service > set the capacity > save
How It Works
- Once the limit is reached, that timeslot will no longer appear on your booking form.
- Other customers won’t be able to book it until someone cancels.
After the service is created, you check the product page but there is no booking shown on it. Please follow the steps below to correct the situation.
1. Make sure the app is integrated into the theme you are checking.
The app is integrated into an unpublished theme, so all the changes you made will reflect on the unpublished theme, not the live website.
2. Make sure status of the service product is “active“
You use a product to create a service in the app. Please make sure the product is in
active status so that customer can view the product or the service with booking form on the front store.
3. Make sure product is enabled on the SALES CHANNELS AND APPS – Online store

4. Contact support team
In case you already proceeded two of the steps below but the form still fails to show up on the site, please get in touch with us to get the fastest support. We will offer the assistance to update the form as your desire
When you set up a Free Service (Book Without Payment) in our app, no actual payment is processed. To record the booking in Shopify without charging the customer, our app uses a test mode gateway to generate a placeholder order.
This ensures:
- Customers are not charged for free services.
- The order still appears in your Shopify admin for tracking and management.
- The experience remains seamless without requiring checkout.
Our app supports two types of services:
- Free Service (Book Without Payment):
- Paid Service (Pay to Book):
Test mode is used only for free services and helps keep your records accurate without processing real payments.
