Why does the new widget not show up in the frontend?

You click add App block in Theme Customize and add the widget shortcode that is created automatically by the app after you add a new widget in the app, you’ll need to copy the widget shortcode from the app and paste to the App Block to show up the widget. Why do related products not appear in the widgets?

You make sure the related products is still instock to be able to show on the widget. Even if you need to show sold-out items, you can enable Show sold-out product in General settings in the app. Also, you can check with the condition to take the related products to confirm if the condition is satisfied. If you need any further assistance, we’re here to support you in all sincerity and care.

Can I have a discount for the related products?

Yes, you can. The app has the discount function in General Settings and it’ll be applied to all related products that is added from the ATC button of the app widgets.

Does the app support multi langauges?

Yes, the app supports translation function in Settings > Translation. And you’ll need to enter the translation on the desired language in the app to translate the widgets.

Does the app work with all Shopify themes?

The Tipo related product app works with most Shopify themes, as long as the theme is not in trial mode. In some cases, minor integration may be needed. If you run into any issues, our support team is ready to assist you.
