The app provides you option to sync the existing products only, it will not create new products for Destination store.
Step to manage
New connection:
Before connecting, check and select the product information you want to sync here.
1. Open the app in Destination store or in Source store > click Connect store button
2. Add the Connection code of the store you want to connect. Connect key is found in the app Settings.
3. In General > Matching & Imports part > select Only update current items that have the same handle
4. Enable the Product sync setting > select the products you want to sync
5. Complete connection and click Save.
For an running connection
1. Go to the Destinations store, open the app Dashboard > click on the connection ID
2. In General > Matching & Imports part > select Only update current items that have the same handle
3 . Save it
Note: if you make any change to the app settings next time, please contact the support team (at chat box or email [email protected])and we will help you push sync or make sure the setting is applied correctly.
How the sync will work?
Sync products that have the same handles
The app allows you to update the existing products in the Destination store when there are changes in Source. You can sync (update inventory) matching products without making a copy. This function is used for products those are already on both the Source and Destination stores.
For example:
Product 1 from Source store with handle https://sunset-and-plant.myshopify.com/products/3-4-sleeve-kimono-dress-coral
Product 2 from Destination store with https://sunsrise-and-plant.myshopify.com/products/3-4-sleeve-kimono-dress-coral
If you made changes to product 1 (change title,. price,…), the changes will be reflected to the product 2 in Destination store.
