Booking form does not show

If you don’t see the booking form on your service page, there are 2 common reasons:

  1. You haven’t yet integrated the app to your live theme
  2. Your product status is draft or unavailable on online store.

The app has not been integrated on the  live theme

You can check issue as follows:

  1. From the app admin page, click Settings
  2. Click Themes
  3. Select your live theme 
  4. Click Integrate

The product status is draft or unavailable

You can check this issue as follow

  1. From Shopify admin page, click Products
  2. Click on a product that related to your service 
  3. In Product availability section, check if it is available
  4. Make sure the Product status is Active
  5. Make sure the product is available on Online Store
