Filter Source store

Open the app in Destination store > access the app Dashboard immediately
Click Status and select one of them to filter stores. Learn more about status

Edit connection to a source store

Open the app in Destination store > click Stores
Click Edit icon on the right on the store you want make changes
Select settings for connection
Click Save

The setting for connection from Destination store to Source store includes below parts.

1. Matching & Imports

There are 3 options that allows users decide how the products is updated in Source store if there are any changes on both sides.

Create new product if not exists and update any current products that have the same handle.
Only update any current products that have the same handle
Create new products on accepted connection

2. Unlink Behavior

This setting allows users decide how the products are updated if there is one product that is deleted in Source store

Unpublish (Recommended)

Unpublish products when the parent products are removed from the parent sync.

Unpublish if item has been ordered, delete otherwise

Unpublish the product and set the inventory to 0 if the product has been sold in the past to preserve order history, or delete the product if it has never been historically ordered.

Delete

Remove the product from your shop when the product is removed from the parent sync.

No action

No action performed, leave the product how it is when the product is removed from the parent sync.

3. Products sync settings

The setting allows you decide which products in Destination store will be updated when there are changes in Source store.

There are 3 options:

All products: all products in your store will be synced
Share all products that match any of the conditions below: only products with specific tag will be synced
Share all products except those that match any of the conditions below:only products with specific tag will not be synced

4. Mapped Locations

This part depends on the setting in Source store. Learn more

5. Price mapping & transformations

This part allows users change product price when syncing them from Source store to Destination store.

For example: Product price will increase by 10% if they are imported from Source store to Destination store based on the setting in the screenshot below:

6. Collection, Pages and Blogs sync settings

Enable the setting if you want to allow source stores to sync all pages, blogs and articles of this store.

Disconnect to a Source store

Open the app in Destination store > click Stores
Click the delete icon on the right of the store you want to remove

Now the store is disconnected with the sour store
