Avoid overlapping appointments at the same time

In order to fix this issue, you need to set up available time of products based on your employee’s calendar

Please follow these instructions:

Enable employee

Please follow these steps if you have disabled Employee tab.

  1. From admin of the app, click Settings
  2. From the Settings page, click General
  3. Scroll down to the bottom > turn on Multiple Employee option
  4. Click Save to apply the change

Set available time of Employee

  1. From admin of the app, click Employees
  2. From the Employees page, click to an employee that you want to edit.
  3. Scroll down to the Availability
  4. Adjust available time for your Employees. Click any day of the Calendar. You can change the time based on calendar
    • Set multi-hour interval. For example: 8:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 17:00
    • Set available time to All day of a week.
    • Set available time to a special day

Set Available Time based on Employees

  1. From admin of the app, click Services
  2. From the Services page, click to edit a service
  3. Scroll down to the Availability
  4. Change the mode of available time to Depends on the employees
  5. Click Save to confirm your change
