In order to fix this issue, you need to set up available time of products based on your employee’s calendar
Please follow these instructions:
Enable employee
Please follow these steps if you have disabled Employee tab.
- From admin of the app, click Settings
- From the Settings page, click General
- Scroll down to the bottom > turn on Multiple Employee option
- Click Save to apply the change
Set available time of Employee
- From admin of the app, click Employees
- From the Employees page, click to an employee that you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the Availability
- Adjust available time for your Employees. Click any day of the Calendar. You can change the time based on calendar
- Set multi-hour interval. For example: 8:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 17:00
- Set available time to All day of a week.
- Set available time to a special day
Set Available Time based on Employees
- From admin of the app, click Services
- From the Services page, click to edit a service
- Scroll down to the Availability
- Change the mode of available time to Depends on the employees
- Click Save to confirm your change
